Join us for a gentle, restorative session designed to support deep nervous system regulation and inner grounding.
We begin with a short check-in to arrive together.
From there, we move into a guided somatic exploration — working with the support of the bones and different layers of the body to discover a felt sense of stability from within. Through slow, simple movements and awareness practices, we invite the body to soften and the nervous system to settle.
The second half of our time is devoted to Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.”
Lying down, you are gently led into a state between waking and dreaming, where the body deeply rests while awareness remains present.
In this space, the nervous system unwinds, tension releases, and old patterns can soften without force. It is a practice of effortless being — where healing, clarity, and creativity naturally arise.
We close with optional sharing and integration.

You are invited to participate at your own pace throughout.
This is a space for rest — not performance.
