What parts of yourself do you quietly leave outside the room when you enter connection?
Maybe it’s your anger. Your brilliance. Your desire. Your uncertainty. We often exclude these parts because we care about others and want to belong—but what we leave out doesn’t disappear.
Join us for a two-and-a-half-day immersion with Relateful exploring what becomes possible when more of who we are is welcomed into connection.
What this is
A guided relational experience combining whole-group practice, small-group exploration, and partner work. Through Relatefulness—sometimes described as mindfulness brought to life—you’ll practice slowing down, noticing what is already here, and meeting your feelings, sensations, desires, boundaries, and impact with greater awareness.
Who this is for
Those curious about bringing more of themselves into connection
Those navigating desire, power, shame, visibility, or belonging
Those who have done inner work and still encounter familiar relational edges
Those interested in exploring authenticity with discernment and care
What you’ll experience
Real-time relational practice rather than theory
Exploring what you tend to suppress, manage, or leave unspoken
Practicing with desire, fear, uncertainty, and power
Greater awareness of boundaries, impact, and what you genuinely want
A space that values both truth and love
What This Is Not
This is not a sex or tantra workshop. There is no nudity, kissing, sexual touch, or explicit sexual activity. You will never be required to share beyond your boundaries or participate in any exercise.
